Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to all StillBreathe apps and companion experiences provided by WorkerBee Consulting LLC, including the iOS app, watchOS companion app, and updates to those apps.

2. Information We Process

StillBreathe is designed to be usable without creating an account.

• App settings and session preferences are stored on your device (for example: selected breathing pattern, breath goal, reminder time, and haptics/sound preferences).
• If you enable reminders, notification scheduling details are stored on-device to deliver reminders.
• If you use Apple Watch, preference values may sync between your paired devices using Apple-provided device-to-device services.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

Subscriptions and billing are processed by Apple through your App Store account. WorkerBee Consulting LLC does not receive your full payment card details.

4. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

StillBreathe does not include third-party advertising SDKs. We do not use the app to run ad targeting and we do not require account-based tracking to use core breathing features.

5. How Information Is Used

Information described above is used only to operate the app experience, including:

• Running guided breathing sessions with your selected defaults
• Scheduling optional reminders
• Keeping your iPhone and Apple Watch preferences aligned when paired

6. Data Retention and Control

Preference data remains on your device until you change it, remove the app, or reset your device data. Subscription management, including cancellation, is controlled in your Apple ID subscription settings.

7. Children's Privacy

StillBreathe is not directed to children under 13. If you believe information from a child was provided in error, use the support contact listed on the app's App Store page to request review.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
